My sister will finally be a dog mom in a few weeks!!! She is getting an English Bulldog from a breeder in Wisconsin. They were in WBL today and we were able to go see the puppies.
Mary will hopefully get one of these little darlings....not sure which one yet.

We had a spur of the moment family outing at the driving range the other day. I brought Evan's clubs with so he could participate too.
He was more interested in airplanes....
and throwing the golf ball instead of hitting it with a club.

We went to the zoo on Friday with a bunch of Ben's relatives.
Evan wasn't really sure what to think of the rides.
For the first time in my life, I think I ruled out the whole ride thing. ValleyFair is out of the question. I think I was the biggest wimp on these rides.........especially the swings!
We celebrated Evan's(2) Jacob's(1), and my mom's birthdays last night.

We were blessed with a surprise visit from cousin John and his girlfriend, Lisa. John lives in the D.C. area and was in Wisconsin for a friend's wedding. What's another few hundred miles to go see the fam, right?! Thanks for coming!
Evan freaked when he saw the apples in Cub, so I gave him a free one for him to hold. I know this seems weird, but for some reason I couldn't believe my eyes when he started eating it like an adult! I had no idea he knew how to do that because everytime I feed him an apple, I peel the skin and cut it into bite size pieces!
Evan calls it a "gee key," or something like that.
